Regarding the use of credit shell to redeem a seat on the next available flight to/from Bangkok within 3 days from original date of travel (subject to Bangkok airport reopens and availability of seats, what if I cannot get on any flight within the next 3 days from the original date due to seat unavailability or the airport does not reopen within 3 days, what will happen to my ticket? Will I get a full refund on it? Or credit shell that I can use anytime to book a flight when the airport actually reopen?

I think these questions have been asked and answers needed by many AA customers who are affected by the airport closure. Your reply will be much appreciated as your hotline is busy all the time at the moment.
