We would like to end 2009 by simply thanking all our staff for being All-Stars.

We ( teachers and students of SK Seri Mega) would like to thank you for giving us a chance to fly with Air Asia with such reasonable rates. It made our journey there less tiring and we had so much time in Langkawi to shop and the students had a wonderful time there. The flight was short and the stewardesses and stewards were extremely kind. Even the landing and take off were smooth sailing. We would love to fly with Air Asia again
in the near future.

I would also like to compliment your assistant Jacky Chung for being so efficient and she was a great help though Ms Mathavi was slow in answering my e-mails. Overall I would give an A for your service in the airport and in the plane. Syabas Air Asia and to you for bringing a small company to what it is today. I understand you are taking another award for being the best CEO of an airline. Mr Fernandes, you deserve every honour bestow on you.

As evident by the letter from our guests to Tony, these small gesture are only small victories and let us never rest until we go the extra mile everyday for our guests. Let these small victories motivate us. Everyday, we have our share of complaints but let us be examples for each other that we can be All-Stars in our own way. We are not perfect but never let our guests forget that we are working hard in what we do and it’s all for them. In all our weaknesses, let us always strive to be All-Stars. Onward and let’s meet 2010 head on. Here’s to a great year ahead.
