My recent flying experience with AirAsia was not a pleasant one and that’s why I hope AirAsia can hear my voice here and really make some changes. My flight to Kuching 2 weeks ago was delayed for an hour. This was the second time I experienced delay of flight with AirAsia. My wife and I had to wait at the airport and did nothing there. I was annoyed that AirAsia didn’t even bother to send a notification sms about the delay. I know AirAsia is always improving. However, the first concern should be the on-time issue. On-time guarantee won’t enhance passengers’ confidence towards AirAsia if delay has become normal.
