No Complaints; Only Compliments!

As a first time passenger of AirAsia, my maiden flight from Kuala Lumpur to Hanoi in May 2008 was a very pleasant one. The service (both inflight and on the ground) was excellent. I finally realized Hanoi that AirAsia will not be able to earn a prestigious award for nothing. The plane left as scheduled, and we reached our destination ahead of time, say about 20 minutes earlier. It was beyond my expectation that a modest carrier like AirAsia will be able deliver this kind of service which I hardly experience in bigger airlines.

Again, I flew by AirAsia from Ho Chi Minh to Kuala Lumpur in June 2008. Although the plane arrived a few minutes late (which is within the margin of tolerance), the pilot was able to make up for the lost time; our plane still arrived on time. I am impressed with the way AirAsia is being managed. The crew are all friendly and responsive. I feel with the nominal fare I paid I got much, much more that what I expected. I had a great holiday in Vietnam and Malaysia and I am happy that AirAsia was part of those good memories I will cherish.

I highly recommend AirAsia to all other passengers.

    When i want to change my schedule from Penang to Kuala Lumpur, i very happy coz so easy and no expensive for adminitration. So happy, i didn’t check at the date what i want.

    When i check in, counter check in said: it’s no your date. i’m so suprise and i very disappointed, for awhile not any solution only buy ticket again.

    after that i write email to customer service AirAsia, what happened already, and then i ask for return my money.

    SO SURPRISE!!!! WHEN my billing credit card accepted, i read any credit from AirAsia. Amazing, AirAsia make it
