I still Heart Bangkok
Say, like Grand Palace, Chao Phraya River, Sampran Elephan Zoo, Bayoke Sky Hotel, and many else. Some people come only for shopping, lots shops with very good price. If you like shopping, don't ever forget to visit MBK, Platinum Shopping Mall, Pratunam and Pratunam Shopping Mall, Bayote Shopping Mall, Indra Shopping Mall, Swanlum Night Bazar, Chatucak week end Market and Chatucak Shopping Mall, and many other shopping malls around.
This is our family holiday picture at Grand Palace, Bangkok, last year. It was December 2007.
This is us at Pataya Beach, Thailand. Its about 3 hours by van from Bangkok. The earliest time from Bangkok, to Pataya Beach by van starts at 5.30 am and the last time from Bangkok to Pataya is 8.30 pm.
On Desember 2006, we went to Phuket Island, Thailand for the first time to visit Thailand. Phuket Island is about 7 hrs by bus from Hat Yai.
Why I keep showing you our family picture? Because for me specially for our family, Thailand is good place for holiday and holds a special place in our hearts. For me "NO TRAVEL WARNING FOR BANGKOK, Thailand". We plan to go to Bangkok for our family holiday next June/July. Bangkok is still the best place for holiday for me.

Sniffing around Bandung, West Java - What's in Town?
We did not opt to stay up in the mountain, for time was limited.
We wanted to enjoy a lot of things in Bandung.
So, we stayed in one of many many guest houses in Bandung town.
The guest houses are each unique with their own theme.
Ours was called De Tropis.
That's me in front of our guest house, posing by our Toyota Innova.
Our guest house has Marilyn Monroe as its theme.
Pictures of this Hollywood star hangs everywhere. (read more...)

Guess what is it?
What more can I say? haha!
Anyway, that's not the highlight of this post. I would like to share something interesting that I've found in Australia...
.....
......
........
..........
Can anyone guess what this is? What exactly it is made of? Before this, I couldn't figure out what it was until a friend of mine told me that it is ...... *suspense*
Should I reveal the answer after 10 guesses? or 20?

My favourite Roti Prata!
We stayed in Tune Hotel, and guess what the price is really cheap and they even use King Koil mattress. The hotel location is really strategic because closed to Medan Tuanku Monorail Station and also Masjid India area where I can find so many kind of Malay foods, just 10 minutes walk to Dataran Merdeka, Pasar Seni and also Petaling Street. I really like Tune Hotel and will stay again for my next trip, I wrote my experience in Tune Hotel in my blog but this is not a promotion, this is about my experience staying there.
I met my "old friend", a charming Indian guy who sells roti prata in Alor Street, I always buy his roti prata if I go to Kuala Lumpur and also bring home to Indonesia. Thanks AirAsia you already make our life become more colorful.

Goo-goo Ga-ga up in the Air!
Elders and good meaning friends have been giving all sort of advice. "Let her suck on something to relieve the air pressure in the ears". "Don't feed baby at least 2 hours before the flight to avoid the baby vomitting" and the list goes on.
One thing for sure I got the Express Boarding to avoid the jostle for seats and not one of the 'advisers' thought of that!
My baby was so excited that she did not sleep throughout the flight as she was busy marvelling over the length of the airplane (as we were on Row A) with the sea of heads, checking out the menu and gifts catalogue and oh yes, she was busy having her feeding time thousands of feet up in the air.
On arrival at Bangkok, she slept like a log for hours and deprived me of my planned shopping time.
Conversely, on the flight home, she slept all the way right until just before touch down! How I wished it was the other way round, slept all the way to Bangkok and awake all the way back to Kuala Lumpur.
All's well ends well. Am excited to see my baby's antics during our flight (of course with AirAsia also) on my future trips.
