Long Distance Relationship can be a total toughie but thanks to AirAsia's affordable rates, seeing Aldrin more than once a year is now possible. We've been together for almost 3 years..had our good and bad times ... but we're still in good terms.
It was him that I wanted to see and not Singapore... seeing the sights was a second priority.

From 5 October 2008 until 13 October 2008, We (12 adults and 4 children) travelled to 5 cities in South East Asia using AirAsia.

5 October 2008 (1st flight), from Jakarta we flew to Batam, and then using ferry to Singapore…

We were staying for 2 nights in Singapore and had a great fun there…. We brought our children to Sentosa Island, playing Luge and Skyride, and the most excited things were watching “The Song of the Sea”. It was a great performance and the lasser fountain was cool….. To my surprised when I board a plane last Saturday 18.10.2008 on my trip to Singapore, I was so surprised and happy because I had an opportunity to fly with AirAsia's AT&T Williams F1 plane. Why I feel so surprised ?

What a weekend it was!

To be in Singapore for not only my first time (!) but also for the first EVER night race was quite amazing! I'm a lucky girl...and the envy of a lot of my friends!

I went along with the internal and external AirAsia winners who had won tickets to the race. We were able to enter on all three evenings to catch a glimpse (literally!) of the F1 cars zooming around the track.

Before the first evening I was able to wonder around the city and get a feel for the place. I really liked the feeling of Singapore and of course I went along to the famous Raffles Hotel!

After FIVE years of waiting, finally AirAsia has 2 daily flights from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. I have been waiting for this since I came to Singapore few years ago. It's good to know that I can be home by 11pm and have mamak food with my friends every Friday night and a nice breakfast with my family on Monday morning before flying back to work again!!!

Would be great if the flight is earlier, saving me few hours loitering in Changi, and saving me some half day leave. Thanks AirAsia and looking forward to more routes like Singapore --> Langkawi, Singapore--> Penang, Singapore--> Kuching, Singapore--> Kota Kinabalu etc. So that not only can fly back home, but can also fly for a break on the weekends!!!
