From 5 October 2008 until 13 October 2008, We (12 adults and 4 children) travelled to 5 cities in South East Asia using AirAsia.

5 October 2008 (1st flight), from Jakarta we flew to Batam, and then using ferry to Singapore…

We were staying for 2 nights in Singapore and had a great fun there…. We brought our children to Sentosa Island, playing Luge and Skyride, and the most excited things were watching “The Song of the Sea”. It was a great performance and the lasser fountain was cool….. My family and I flew from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Kuala Lumpur with AirAsia flight AK897 CNX-KUL last month. This flight used the amazing Airbus A320 aircraft registered 9M-AFW named "AT&T Willams". 2 hours and 50 minute in the air, the sky is so very nice so I could see Koh Samui, Hat Yai Airport and Pulau Pinang too!!

This is not the first time for me to go to Malaysia. I have been to Kuala Lumpur so many time before fly to the new destination. Yes !! every time I always fly with AirAsia to LCCT Kuala Lumpur. (read more...)

In February this year, I travelled with AirAsia for the first time from Australia to Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Penang, and Johor Bharu. Every flight was pleasant and comfortable. On my return flight to Australia there was a medical emergency on board which I attended to. Your staff were extremely helpful, polite and assisted me with all our needs. I highly commend your staff for their discipline and assistance during this time. The gentleman in question is fine and went on to have an enjoyable holiday in Australia. I will be travelling with you again in 4 weeks on quite a few flights from Australia and throughout Asia. Will be looking forward to more enjoyable travels and am only to willing to assist again if required.

I'm a regular customer of AirAsia and always travel between Penang and Kuala Lumpur. Due to the limit of 15kg for checked in baggage, sometimes I have to pay for the exceeded amount. It's OK for me, but I have some suggestion about the payment services in LCC Terminal.

After comparing the payment services between LCCT and Penang International Airport, in LCCT customers have to walk to another counter and line up again to make their payment, and most of time their is only one counter available. But in Penang International Airport, customers just have to make their payment at the check-in counter on the spot.

This would be more convenient for customers because it will save a lot of time and energy. Sometimes I'm even late for my express boarding just because I have to line up again to make the payment. But in Penang International Airport, I don't have such a problem and till now I have never been late for my express boarding. So, I hope that AirAsia will improve this service.

AirAsia have been making a lot of improvements to fulfill customers needs and I feel proud of it. Thank you for providing low fare flights to the customers so that almost everyone in this country can fly to anywhere they want! Great job AirAsia!

I wish AirAsia would promote & have bargains on air fares for flights departing from Penang cause each time, its either from LCCT, Kota Kinabalu & Johor Bharu. What about us here in Penang? Its like we have to pay the so called 'full fare' as compared to our counterparts in the other states.

Also, on my frequent business trips to Bangkok via Thai AirAsia, I have noticed there are NO vegetarian food on offer. Is it too much to ask for a decent vege sandwich or even a cup noodle? Hope to see some improvements in the near future.
