Hi, actually this problem is facing by almost all the budget airlines on the world, so you should have expected that. :)

By the way, I've been using AirAsia for more than 3 years, but I never meet this problem. I'm the lucky 1...yeah~~~ :D

If delay caused by technical, understand it lo... I faced more than 5 times flying with AirAsia for the last 3 years. But lucky to say, a lot of time it was last minute delay because technical problem, else I'm not here. Normally only the delay or re-time that they expected will SMS/call.

AA has any reason to delay , i'm frequent flyer , most recent delay is re-time to the next day (23 hours) , refund have not yet receive after submited a month ago . For AIG insurance , re-time is not falls under any category for claim , so no compensation.

For delay , retime , cancel flight is very normal for me . Because I have been with AA for almost five years at least 15 to 20 trip a years .

But I believe AA can improve on that . (No Delay Guarantee)(No cancel Guarantee)

Hopefully in the future AirAsia can improve their service on informing such reschedule. Not just by text message or email, but please reconfirm by phone personally to avoid misunderstanding. But still, can't wait to fly with AirAsia on my next trip. I'm still a fans! ;)

i faced the problem twice last year. the first time was my flight from kuching to kl and the second time was from kl to kuching. maybe because kuching airport is quite busy and small in size, that's why flight always being delayed. but one thing i like about airasia was that i always receive sms if my flight is going to be delayed, so that i could get ready.

Please improve on your Customer Care telephone services. Nobody seem to be answering the calls even after being put on hold for more than 20 minutes! It's annoying when all we hear is the same answering machine repeating the same words over and over again without solving our problems.

recently my company suggested us to utilize air asia for our business trip to save cost. Been using AA twice, n both flights myy-kl-myy delayed... Really disappointed waiting. Though it's a low cost airline, doesn't mean it can't improve d service. By the way, looking at d flight fare, time-delayed, i don't think this is a cost-saving for my company. Mmm..
