Go Greener AirAsia!
"Anyone want to purchase food or drink?".... once you got your drink and...HUH?
Why AirAsia is still using polystyrene cups when serving hot and cold drinks? Can those cup replace by paper cup? As we all know that, polystyrene containers are one of the main problem to the environment. Oh my, each time i want to purchase the drink, i will have to think three times, is it OK to use those cup if I am a person who care about environment? Again, I feel a bit guilty of doing so when a cup is placed in front of me.
A "good" sign for AirAsia to replace the plastic nasi lemak food container with paper. How about a paper cup with hot coffee or tea will make the customer feel more relieve when we want to open our mouth and say "one hot coffee/tea, please?"
AirAsia has improved a lot, YUP!! We have seen it with our own eyes...and yet.. YOU can do it better!

Wonderful Flight Home
As the stewardess pushed the cart along, we ordered variety of dishes and also requested them to 'pull' the tea for we are missing teh tarik at home. The stewardess (Haslina, Maisara, Norizwani & Zainudin) sportingly entertained our request. We ordered about 10 teh tarik and Haslina was the one who did it all. Though we teased her, she kept smiling all the way until we landed at LCCT.
We really enjoyed our flight and we would like to record our appreciation and thanks to the whole crew of the flight. Their courteous, not forgetting pretty & beautiful, manner really made us happy and welcomed. Their service are an example of the best in AirAsia. It was a pleasure for us to know them and cherish the memories.

Oh my! How original!
1) The use of Everyday Low Fares.....how original......
2) The use of red in their ads? Wow, again....how original.....
3) Low fare offerings....what's the point? Is that the new business model?
4) MHInsure.....sounds very much like GoInsure.....again.....how original.....
5) Hot food on board? Wow.....like they were the first.....WHATEVER!!!......
Very soon, they're probably going to say "Now Everyone Can Fly Too", and they may also well brand their nasi lemak on-board. They definitely won't have a problem branding their roti jala if they ever do serve it.
This brings me to my ultimate point........how original?????

No Hens and Goats? Really?
Initially we were a little sceptical before taking the AirAsia flight, since some relatives and friends who used to fly with ‘full-serviced’ airline, warned us that flying with AirAsia could be like riding an old-cheap-dirty-lousy intercity bus. Even I imagined that some passengers would bring their hens or goats to the cabin. (just kidding). My decision to try AirAsia was the price of airfare (what else!) that we can spare the money for my mother’s medical tests and supplies, also for ‘beli-belah’, rather than spend it on a ‘full serviced’ flight. Furthermore the flight was only going to be 2 hours.
But then even my mother was amazed with the flight! She said, the plane was brand new and clean, the flight was so efficient. the plane take off was so confident and the nasi lemak was yummy (Maaaaa! The doctor warned you to avoid that kind of food, didn’t he!!).
AirAsia has given us a new perspective that low-fare trips can be fun and enjoyable. Our next trip to Kuala Lumpur will be in December, but we have yet to book tickets. But we will definitely fly with AirAsia for sure! One other thing: I still cannot decide after our Kuala Lumpur visit should we fly to Bangkok or Hong Kong or Gold Coast? So confusing!
