 I am in the department that handles the 'other' half of AirAsia's operations - Ground Operations (Guest Services), the first contact our guests have with AirAsia. You can call it AirAsia's "First Impression" team. Can't say that we've perfected it but a good impression is definitely something we all try to achieve.

AirAsian by day, couch potato by night (at least I admit it). When not on the couch, I do a bit of sound mixing for church, take amateur pics on my Nikon DSLR, perfecting my breaststroke and listen to inspirational speakers. If cinema tickets were cheaper, I'd watch every movie there is that's worth watching.

I am apolitical but totally supports good governance, transparency and the idea that leaders are those who serve the people they lead.
