 Hi…
I come from the Service Quality Department and trust me it’s a challenging job out here and it doesn’t come anything close to boring as what most people might assume. Beside work and audit I get to travel to the stations in our network and spread the awareness on Quality. And of course I do take this opportunity to check out the places as well (shhhh….. don tell my boss k….). Of all the places I have been my all time favorite is Hanoi. You can get the best coffee there and for shoppers, it’s a heaven on earth as its freaking cheap and the stuffs are pretty good.

As for now, I’m obsessed with a new hobby i.e. fridge magnets. I started collecting fridge magnet from all the places I have visited and so far I have 15 in my collection ( I am only with AirAsia for the past 1 and half year ).

With all the traveling & adventuring while I’m at work, I do agree that being an auditor is not so bad after all... in fact it gets more fun as I am with AirAsia…
